Oh those wonderful customers

We've all got those unbelievable stories of dealing with difficult or just plain weird customers. I've got them from throughout my career...
• While working @ McDonald's in high school, there was the guy who ordered the Big Mac without a bun (well before the low-carb craze ever hit).

• Or while working @ Summerfest, the woman who demanded a straw... even after telling her repeatedly we didn't have any... for her beer.

• Then there's the woman who called the ticket office at the Weidner and couldn't understand why she couldn't get the group discount rate for an upcoming show... for her group of 3.
