Wisconsin continues employment struggle

Wow. Talk about your less than stellar signs of hope for the future of employment in Wisconsin, especially if you happen to be black. This editorial from today's Green Bay Press-Gazette paints a fairly bleak picture.

Some lowlights:
• Income and wages in Wisconsin have dropped.

• Health benefits are eroding.

• African Americans have MUCH higher poverty rates and unemployment than whites.
