Does your boss have a sense of humor?

This entry from the Fast Company blog talks about whether or not your boss has a sense of humor. I like to think I do, and not in the Steve Carrell in the Office sort of way. Bringing my improv training into the office is fun for me and keeps the mood light in the office, which helps you get through those times when things do get a little serious or stressed.

The author talks about bosses not being able to make or take a joke, which seems really really sad to me. If you're so uptight that you can't laugh at yourself once in a while, and share that laughter with the folks you work with, get the hell out of there. Seriously.
